Favellato pasta factory is at Cibus in Parma with the new Gourmet line under Pantanella brand

The event, exclusive exhibition for Italian food companies, has been an excellent opportunity to show  the secret of Gourmet pasta range: the use of quality durum wheat with special dies processes to bronze and slow drying at low temperature.

The Cibus exhibition is open to the international market and it was the occasion  to show the Italian know-how to foreign professionals. The Gourmet line expresses in the best way this heritage and for this reason it was the main of Favellato stand.

Cibus was also a growth opportunity in terms of know-how: with the participation to workshops and a lot of other events focused on the important role of Italian food products in the international scene.
